What do I enter for my Username?  
NOTE: As of March 1, 2011, we have updated Online Banking.

Existing customers:
You must login to the updated system one time using your Customer ID and a temporary password.

IMPORTANT: Your Customer ID has not changed since the update. If you have forgotten your Customer ID, please contact us for assistance.

IMPORTANT:
For Individuals, your Temporary Password is the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
For Businesses , your temporary Password is the last four digits of your company's EIN.

After you login to the new system for the first time using your temporary password, you will be asked to create a new permanent password. If you have already logged in to the new Online Banking system and you have forgotten your new password, you can reset your Password online.

  • Is your Caps Lock on?
  • For Individuals, your Temporary Password is the last four digits of your Social Security Number.

Password guidelines  
  • must be between 4 and 12 characters
  • must be at least 1 number
  • must be at least 1 uppercase letter
  • must be at least 1 lowercase letter
  • must have at least 1 special character (a special character is anyone of the following: ! @ # $ % ^ & * _ + - = ( ) [ ] { } | : ; ` , . / ?)
  • cannot contain leading or trailing blanks
